This is a powerful, immersive weekend designed to help you understand and heal the emotional patterns that have been shaping your life, relationships, and decisions.
Through guided Heart Healers sessions, coaching, and intentional time for reflection, you will begin to uncover the roots of your patterns—gently and safely—so you can release what no longer serves you.
It’s about understanding and healing past and current wounds—so they no longer control your present.

Over the course of the weekend, you will:

Gain clarity on the emotional patterns influencing your life
Begin healing core wounds, including the Mother Wound, Father Wound and Family Wounds.
Learn how your thoughts and feelings shape your outcomes
Develop healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding
Experience a sense of relief, clarity, and renewed direction

Set in the peaceful, natural beauty of Santé Wellness Retreat, this experience combines deep inner work with rest, connection, and space to breathe.

You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—
with practical tools to continue your healing and move forward with confidence.

This is true healing.
